Heard the learned counsel for petitioner. Though it was directed on 23.06.2021 to print the name of learned Counsel Sri T.Basavaiah and Sri G.P.V.Raghavulu in place of Sri P.Vinod Kumar, the said names are not printed. Perused the record. 2.

This Transfer CMP is filed with a request to withdraw FCOP.No.1323 of 2020 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and to transfer the same to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial.

It is averred in the affidavit that the marriage of the petitioner and respondent took place on 27.02.2017 at CSI Church, Bellampalli as per Special Marriage Act, 1954. The petitioner has filed a Domestic Violence Case at Bellampalli Court. Though the petitioner has requested to transfer the matter to the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Mancherial, having regard to the fact that the parties are governed by the Special Marriage Act, I deem it fit to transfer the matter to the Additional District Court at Mancherial.

In the result, the Transfer CMP is allowed. FCOP.No.1323 of 2020 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar is withdrawn and transferred to the Additional District Court (FTC) at Mancherial for disposal in accordance with law. The learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District shall
