THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL C.C.C.A.M.P. No.2 of 2017 and C.C.C.A. No.159 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

CCCAMP No.2 of 2017 is filed to pass a decree of compromise in terms of settlement entered into between them in respect of the judgment and decree dated 24.6.2016 passed in O.S.No.397 of 2009 on the file of XIII-Additional Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Hyderabad. When the matter is called, both the parties appeared in person and they are identified by their respective counsel. The parties also filed joint memo and Memorandum of Understanding by duly affixing their signatures.

Pursuant to above, the parties are permitted to compromise the matter between them in terms of Memorandum of Understanding, dated 2.1.2017. As per the terms of compromise, the appellants/defendants agreed in the open Court to pay a sum of Rs.10 lakhs on or before 31.01.2017 to the respondent/plaintiff towards full and final settlement of his claim on the schedule property.

CCAMP No.2 of 2017 is accordingly allowed. Consequently, this Appeal is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
