HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26214 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed revision under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 against the order dated 08.01.2015 in Rc.No.4941/2013 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Narasaraopet and the same is numbered as Appeal No.736/2015. Though, notices are issued to the respondents, the said revision has not been disposed of till date. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the Appeal No.736/2015 in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner and 4th respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
