HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.30582 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No.2 to consider his representations dated 18.08.2011 and 13.07.2016 for enhancement of compensation in respect of land acquired to an extent of 2,124 sq. mtrs. for widening of National Highway 202 from Hyderabad to Yadagiri.

Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, on instructions, submits that the representations made by the petitioner shall be considered and disposed of within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Keeping in view the averments in the Writ Petition, and the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, I hereby direct respondent No.2 to dispose of the representations dated 18.08.2011 and 13.07.2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
