Sri Manohar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, informs that Court that the revision petitioner died and therefore, no further cause would survive in the Criminal Revision Case.

Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of opinion that by virtue of the death of the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is liable to be is dismissed as abated.

Accordingly, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
