Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent.

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of 2nd respondent in considering petitioner's representation dt.12-07-2016 with regard to payment of Pole Fee to be paid by the petitioner for using Central Lighting Poles of the 2nd respondent to draw cable wires of the petitioner.

Sri S.D.Goud, learned Standing Counsel, states that 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's representation and communicate his decision to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation and communicate his decision to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
