This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the docket order dated 05.02.2018 in I.A.No.1650 of 2017 in A.S.No.62 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Judge, Kadapa. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
