This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent - Municipality in directing the petitioner to close the shop of the petitioner in premises bearing No.6-79, Market Road, Mancherial, Adilabad district, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's application seeking renewal of license has been rejected, hence no orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
