Heard. With the consent of both the counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

Petitioner claims that he worked from 1990 to 2011 as a clerk in the 4th respondent-Society. Petitioner alleges that without following the due procedure, petitioner's service was dispensed with/terminated. Aggrieved by the order of termination, petitioner submitted representation on 20.07.2016 and also reminder on 16.01.2017. But so far the same was not disposed of. 3.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondents 2 to 4 to consider his representation and to pass appropriate orders. 4.

Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 to examine the claim of the petitioner as contended in the representations dated 20.07.2016 and 16.01.2017 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
