THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.28589 of 2007 ORDER:

Petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the case of petitioner for payment of withheld retired benefits viz., Rs.2,000/- towards stagnation increment, three months leave encashment amount, 20% of the gratuity amount and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 20.12.2007.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 10.02.2016 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been made in the Court today. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
