This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.210 of 2017 of Mahankali Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences alleged under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 03.04.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the further action in the subject crime was dropped, as per the proceedings of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mahankali.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
