THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.635 of 2014 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, assailing the order, dated 02.04.2013, of the learned II Additional Rent Controller-cum-XIV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.91 of 2012 in R.C.No.139 of 2010.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the R.C. itself was disposed of by the Court below on 18.04.2014, and that therefore, this Revision Petition, which is filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.91 of 2012 in the said R.C., has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
