This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is fled by the petitioner/ accused, to quash the proceedings in Crime No.15 of 2019 of Bazarhathnoor Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B of IPC and Section 3(i) SWI of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

It has been contended on behalf of the petitioner/ accused that the date of the alleged offence is 24.03.2019. The First Information Report was lodged on 23.03.2019. All the allegations made in the First Information Report are fabricated, due to political rivalry and ultimately prayed to allow the application.

At this stage of dictating the order, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.
