This appeal is filed under Section 30 of Workmen Compensation Act assailing the award and decree dated 10.03.2010 passed in W.C.No.12 of 2007 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation and Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Warangal.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.
