This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the first respondent in unilaterally deleting Offering Item No.14 of the proceedings dated 20.02.2017 issued by him after contract has been awarded in favour of the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become incfructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
