THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 488 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 29.12.2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.44690 of 2017.

Respondent No.4 filed a counter-affidavit specifically asserting that no new road is laid but black topping of existing road is being undertaken for its improvement. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been satisfied with the undertaking given by the respondents that her property would not be interfered with in any manner, and therefore, he prays for closure of the contempt case. Hence, granting liberty to the petitioner to move the contempt proceedings if there is any violation on the part of the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed.
