This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 19.09.2017 in W.P.No.31756 of 2017.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue produced Memo dated 21.03.2018, whereunder the claim of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the subject land was considered and rejected. Learned Government Pleader also enclosed a copy of the courier receipt sending the copy to the petitioner on 22.03.2018, as proof.

The Court is satisfied that the order passed by this Court is complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to work out her remedies against the said decision.
