Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that on 24.09.2017, the respondent Municipal Corporation issued notice under Sections 452(1) & 461(1) of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 to the unofficial respondents and it also issued a notice on 03.10.2017 under Section 452(2) of the said Act and further action will be taken in accordance with law.

The said submission is recorded.

Accordingly, in view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the official respondents herein to proceed further strictly as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
