The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 19.08.2015, passed in I.A.No.282 of 2015 in O.S.No.227 of 2015 on the file of learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit itself was dismissed with costs on 25.02.2016.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
