THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.572 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed seeking the following relief: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to Order transfer of the case in OP.No.2 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Family Court-cum-VI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nalgonda, to any other Court in Nalgonda and pass such other further order..' At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an Officer is now posted and is presiding over the Additional District Court at Nalgonda, where the aforesaid OP is pending, and therefore the Presiding Officer of the said Court will anyhow now be disposing the said OP and hence, no further orders need be passed in this petition.

Recording the submissions, the petition is disposed of directing the learned Judge, Family court-cum-VI Additional District Judge, Nalgonda, to dispose of the aforementioned OP in strict accordance with the procedure established by law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this petition shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
