This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No. 3 in passing refusal orders pertaining to the subject lands purchased by the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances in W.P.No. 13298 of 2016 dated 20-04-2016, this Court set aside the impugned orders and directed the registration authorities to reconsider it afresh to register the documents in the light of the decision of this Court in District Collector, Anantapur District Vs. M.Sadasiva Reddy1 and the same is not disputed by learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) Following the same and for the reasons stated in the order dated 20-04-2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.

13298 of 2016, the impugned orders are set aside and the matter is remitted back to the respondents to reconsider afresh to register the documents submitted by the petitioners in the light of the decision of this Court referred to above within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and respondent No. 3 shall communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners within the above time. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
