Heard Smt. Shalini, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the proceedings Rc.No.19710/C3-1/99-2000 dated 16.10.2000 of the 1st respondent in so far as the petitioner is concerned, as arbitrary, illegal and without jurisdiction, wherein the petitioner was ordered to discharge his duties on deputation at the Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions, along with others.

It is seen that as on the date of filing of this Writ Petition in the year 2000, the petitioner was aged about 47 years. As on this day, the petitioner must be around 64 years of age and the petitioner must have retired from service during the pendency of this Writ Petition. Hence, the reliefs sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted after retirement of the petitioner. Further, no interim orders were granted at the time of admission.

Therefore, no lis would survive in the writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
