HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.C.No.2091 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner has filed this Contempt Case alleging nonimplementation of the interim order dt.23-03-2015 in W.P.M.P.No.40767 of 2014 in W.P.No.32606 of 2014. This Court in the said order had directed the respondents to consider representation 10-10-2014 submitted by the petitioners within 30 days.

The respondents have issued proceedings dt.10-07-2017 rejecting petitioners' representation. Though there is some delay in implementing the Court order, I am not inclined to punish the respondents for deliberate and willful violation of the interim order. Therefore granting liberty to the petitioners to question the proceedings dt.10-07-2017, if they are so advised, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
