Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

This Writ Petition is filed on an apprehension that the orders passed under Section 145 Cr.P.C. are sought to be revoked. In support of the said apprehension, reliance is placed on the letter written by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Karimnagar, to the Tahsildar and the Inspector of Police, II Town, Karimnagar, dated 30.08.2018. By this letter, the Revenue Divisional Officer sought to call for a report on situation on the ground with reference to law and order problem. The letter is an internal correspondence and by this letter, the Revenue Divisional Officer wanted the report to be submitted by the Tahsildar and Inspector of Police. Apparently, no decision is taken by the Revenue Divisional Officer so far. Internal correspondence cannot be the basis to apprehend that the orders are sought to be revoked and file a Writ Petition seeking direction to the competent authority against lifting the restraint imposed in exercise of power under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as premature leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies as and when cause of action arises. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
