There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order, but for to appear and represent the petition, for the learned Magistrate to consider for recall on the same day, subject to earlier bond, if any, for non-compliance by imposing penalty and if no bond earlier obtained, to obtain fresh bond under Sections 88/89 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, the revision is disposed of before admission. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
