S.Bandyaiah S/O S.Ashok v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.34549 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioner has absolutely no locus standi, as the matter relates to occupation of B.C. Welfare Hostel on a rented premises. As per the orders of the Deputy Director, B.C. Welfare Department, Hyderabad, the 4th respondent, a vacation notice, dated 22.09.2015, was already given to the landlady informing her that the said hostel is being vacated and shifted to elsewhere. In the matters between the landlord and tenant, a student cannot have any locus standi, even if he is an inmate of the said hostel, as the hostel itself is being shifted elsewhere and students in the hostel would continue at the alternative premises. Hence, there is no reason to entertain this Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
