2016-10-20S.V.Bhatt1 pages

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.1994 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges proceedings dated 13.12.2012 through which the 2nd respondent had cancelled the petitioner's entrepreneurship of Agro Rythu Seva Kedram (ARSK), Anantapur as illegal, violative of principles of natural justice and unsustainable. This Court, on 28.01.2013, suspended the proceedings impugned in the writ petition. The same is subsisting as on date. Counsel for petitioner fairly submits that the lease expired by 26.12.2014 and hence, the interim order can be made final order in the writ petition. Learned standing counsel does not oppose for the same.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by making the interim order as final order in the writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
