HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT APPEAL No.362 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present appeal, appellant has assailed order dated 05.01.2018 passed by learned single Judge in W.P.No.2003 of 2018, whereby the petition filed by the appellant calling in question order dated 16.12.2017 passed by the 5th respondent has been dismissed by recording that there is nothing to indicate that the transfer of the appellant is for any extraneous reason other than administrative exigency and that it is also not the case of the appellant that the transfer is mala fide for any reason. In view of the reasons recorded by the learned single Judge in the aforesaid order, we find no ground to interfere with the same. The appeal is without merit and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
