THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.15818 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not receiving the registration fees and examination fees for second year second semester and not allowing the petitioner to write the 2nd year 2nd semester, which is scheduled to be held on 04.05.2016 as arbitrary and illegal.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner appeared for the examination of 2nd year 2nd semester and the respondents declared the results. He further submitted that the very purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
