.. Respondents This court made the following :

- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.7153 OF 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner of land to an extent of Ac.2-22 guntas in Sy.No.83/A of Toopranpet Village, Chowtuppal Mandal and claims to have purchased the same by way of registered sale deed dated 01.08.2014. Petitioner made an online application on 08.07.2015 to mutate his name in the revenue records. Petitioner also filed another application on 15.03.2019 making the same request. Alleging inaction in mutating his name in the revenue records, this writ petition is filed.

3.

Generally, the time for considering application is 45 days. Petitioner made application on 15.03.2019 and within three weeks thereafter, this writ petition is filed. 4.

However, it is seen from the material on record that petitioner claims to have made application on 08.07.2015 with a similar request. But the same was not acted upon. Therefore, the Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition directing the Tahsildar, Chowtuppal, Yadadri Bhongir District, to consider the application submitted by petitioner on 08.07.2015 followed by another application dated 15.03.2019 with reference to request for mutation of his name in the revenue records and pass orders within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

- 3 - 5.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 8th April, 2019 Rds
