THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.2694 of 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.39 of 2022 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nizamabad V Town Police Station, Nizamabad District. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 498 A, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC') and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act (for ( ( short 'DP Act').

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3 as well as learned Additional. Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3 would submit that the complaint is outcome of differences between respondent No.2 and accused No.1. The petitioner No.1 is a Government employee working in Shadnagar and he 1S being unnecessarily called to the police station on the

-- prctext of investigatlon. Learned counsel further submits that bail was already granted to the petitioners.

In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned police not to call the petitioners unnecessarily to the police station under the garb of investigation 5.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
