This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No. I under Sections 437 and 439 of code of criminal procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') for grant of regular bail in COR No.5l of 2024 ofprohibition & Excise Station, Dhoolpet, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) read with Section l8(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Subsrances Act, 1985 (for short .the NDpS Act,). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, sought permission to withdraw the present Criminal petition. 3.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, in this Criminal petition, shall stand closed.
