THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.9782 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari, call for the award dated 04.3.2004 in I.D. No.55 of 2001 on the file of the Labour Court No.II, Hyderabad published under Section 17 of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 on 06.5.2004 vide G.O.Rt.No.528, dated 27.3.2004 and quash the same.

2. Sri T.Ganga Raju, Manager-HR representing the petitioner company and the second respondent are present in the open court. Sri M.Radha Krishna Murthy, learned counsel identified Sri T.Ganga Raju and Sri M.Vijaya Kumar Goud, learned counsel identified the second respondent.

3. Pending the writ petition, both parties filed a joint memo to permit them to enter into compromise. Sri T.Ganga Raju handed over cheque bearing No.032666, dated 19.4.2016 drawn on HDFC Bank, Medak at Sangareddy for an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs only) to the second respondent towards full and final settlement in pursuance of the agreement entered into between the parties. The same is recorded.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
