THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 2309 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 20.06.2016, passed in WPMP No.24026 of 2016 in W.P.No.19591 of 2016, wherein, this Court directed the respondents herein to consider the representations, dated 08.03.2016 and 25.05.2016, made by the petitioner herein. Now, respondent No.2 filed a counter-affidavit stating that the petitioner is not eligible to be considered for promotion. In view of the same, no further proceedings can be taken in the present contempt case.
