At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties submit that these two matters are identical to W.P.Nos. 10453 and 10476 of 2022, which were disposed of vide order dated 25.02.2022. They, therefore, pray for a similar order in these Writ Petitions as well. 3.

Following the order in W.P.Nos. 10453 and 10476 of 2022, these two Writ Petitions are also dismissed with the direction that the observations contained therein shall form part of this order. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, also stand disposed of. 4.

No costs.
