Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S. No.890 of 2006 pending on the file of XIII-Additional District Judge, Rangareddy District at L.B. Nagar, was dismissed with costs on 13.6.2016, and, therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
