THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI I.A.No.2 of 2019 IN/AND CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1452 of 2014 ORDER:

I.A.No.2 of the 2019 is filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case. Simultaneously, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 also filed a letter, dated 17.06.2019, in the Registry stating that he was instructed by their clients to withdraw the revision case. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal.' 2.

Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for withdrawal'. In view of the aforesaid letter, permission, as sought for, is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, I.A.No.2 and of 2019 is allowed and the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case shall stand closed.
