Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, reiterating the written instructions, dated 26.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner herein, police have registered Crime No.332 of 2018 on the file of Rajendranagar Police Station against the unofficial respondents herein for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471, 447, 427 and 506 I.P.C. on 25.02.2018 and taken up the investigation.

In view of the above developments, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
