B/O RRB I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.1806 of dt.08.03.2022 that he should appear before the Investigating Officer on every Second Saturday between 10.00 A.M. and 05.00 P.M.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appearing accordingly and the petitioner is 74 years old.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that in pursuance of the order dt.08.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner has been attending to the police station as directed.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.1806 of dt.08.03.2022 that he should appear before the Investigating Officer on every Second

Saturday between 10.00 A.M. and 05.00 P.M. till completion of investigation and filing of final report, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required.
