Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. Hence, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, the Police of Miryalaguda Rural Police Station, Nalgonda District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/Accused No.2 during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
