Petitioner claims that the second respondent has not handed over Shop No.56, Karimnagar Bus Stop, allotted to the petitioner pursuant to the allotment letter dated 28.07.2018 or permitting the petitioner to erect an iron stair case at his expense and the same is illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up, the learned standing counsel produced proceedings dated 21.03.2019 terminating the licence granted to the petitioner. A copy of the said proceedings is also served on the counsel for the petitioner. Since licence is already terminated, the relief, as sought for in the writ petition, cannot be granted. Leaving it open to the petitioner to work out the remedies, if so advised, aggrieved by the decision of termination of the licence, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
