When the matter was listed on 11.03.2022, under the caption 'for dismissal' this Court passed the following order: "This Criminal petition is /iled to clttash the proceedings that are initiated against the petitioner through Crime No.2 of 2013 on the file o.f Alv,al Police Station. The said crime was registered basing on the complaint given by the Tahsildar, Shameerpet Manclal. However, the said complaint is not filed by the petitioner. Without verification of the contents of the said complaint, this Court cannot come to a just conclusion and decide whether the contents of the said complaint make out a case or not. The criminal petition is of the year 201j and it lacks material papers. Ilhen the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", now the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not f led the relevant papers. Yet, to accommodate, list on 25.03.2022 under the same caption.

Even today also, when the case is listed, there is lack of material papers to peruse the case, and pass orders on merits.
