Heard.

In the course of hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court that the police already filed charge sheet and the learned Magistrate allotted P.R.C number and thereafter, the learned Sessions Judge received committal proceedings and allotted number vide Sessions Case No.68 of 2017. Having regard to the above, without prejudice to the defences of the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4, the Criminal Petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to impugne the police final report and the cognizance order with Part - II Case Diary. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
