This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.513 of 2017 of Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the record.

As seen from the F.I.R lodged with the Police, it is contended that on 11.06.2017 around 13.00 hours, the petitioners alleged to have trespassed into the house of the de facto complainant and threatened to do away with his life and would occupy his land admeasuring 20 guntas in survey No.1305 situated at Dooskal Village, Farooqnagar Mandal. It is brought to the notice of this Court that there are civil disputes in respect of the said property. Therefore, the truth or otherwise of the report would be determined in the course of investigation. Therefore, it is not appropriate to quash the proceedings as prayed for. However, the interests of the petitioners are required to be protected. 4.
Under the above circumstances, the Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report without arresting the petitioners. 5.
With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
