No representation for the petitioner/Accused. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the Investigating Officer, having completed the investigation, filed charge sheet on 26.10.2016 before the Court of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Excise), West Godavari, Eluru, and even it was assigned PRC.No.16 of 2016 and, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
