HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR Tr.CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.768 of 2014 ORDER:
This petition is filed to withdraw M.O.P.No.89 of 2014 from the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem and transfer the same to Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad for disposal in accordance with law.
2. Petitioner herein is wife and she filed her affidavit in support of the petition, according to which, her marriage with respondent took place on 26.03.2014 at Kothagudem, Khammam District and she joined respondent/husband at Kothagudem and stayed there for some days and later shifted to Khairatabad, Hyderabad and due to differences she is now residing separately and she also lodged a complaint with Uppal police. She contended that she is taking treatment at Panjagutta, Hyderabad and doctors advised her to take complete rest and considering the same, O.P.
filed by respondent/husband may be transferred to Hyderabad. She also contended that husband is working at Begumpet, Hyderabad and it will be convenient for both parties, if the trial is conducted at Hyderabad.
3. Respondent/husband in spite of service of notice neither appeared in-person nor through any advocate.
4. Heard arguments.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the convenience of both parties, M.O.P.No.89 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam District and transferred to Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad for disposal in accordance with law.
6. Accordingly, the Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
