HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.14277 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.2 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.753 of 2015 on the file of Secunderabad Police Station, Secunderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 500, 504, 505 and 506 IPC and 3 (1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he supported A1, who committed the above offences.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing was attributed against the petitioner and the petitioner is the friend of A1 and there is nothing on the record to include the petitioner in the above crime.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the offence alleged, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

The petitioner-accused No.2 is directed to surrender before the Court concerned and file an application seeking regular bail and on such application being filed, the Court Concerned is directed to consider the same on the same day.
