Bankapalli Gowrish v. Bankapalli (Golagana) Jyoshna
The Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy Civil Revision Petition No.1324 of 2018 Date: 02.03.2018 Between:
Bankapalli Gowrish .. Petitioner and Bankapalli (Golagana) Jyoshna .. Respondent Counsel for the Petitioner :
None appeared The Court made the following:
CVNR, J CRP.No.1324 of 2018 Dt: 02.03.2018 Order :
This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the Additional Family Judge -cum- V Additional District Judge at Visakhapatnam (for short 'the lower Court'), to dispose of FCOP.No.1105 of 2014 expeditiously.
At the hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner is not present.
The petitioner, who filed the aforementioned FCOP seeking dissolution of his marriage, filed a copy of the proceeding sheet, which shows that the case was adjourned from 10-10-2014 to 21-07-2015 for the purpose of notice, from 08-09-2015 to 14-06-2016 for the petitioner's evidence, and on 13 occassions from 30-08-2016 to 29-12-2017 for cross-examination of the petitioner.
Though I am conscious of the fact that the Additional Family Court is a very busy Court with more than 2500 cases, as the FCOP is ripe for trial and has undergone multiple adjournments, it is appropriate that the lower Court disposes of the FCOP expeditiously.
CVNR, J CRP.No.1324 of 2018 Dt: 02.03.2018 Accordingly, the lower Court is directed to dispose of FCOP.No.1105 of 2014 within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Revision Petition, IA.No.1 of 2018, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
