ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent in not disposing of I.D.Nos.174, 226 and 344 of 2003 as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that on several occasions, the said IDs were heard and the Tribunal reserved the same 'for orders', but till date they are not yet disposed of. Having regard to the fact that the petitioners were removed from service in and considerable time has elapsed, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Anantapur, to dispose of I.D.Nos.174, 226 and 344 of 2003, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
