This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.685 of 201i on the Iile I of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, wherein the petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.6.

Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'infructuous matters' and when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, based on the e-courts case status report, would submit that after full-fledged trial, the case was disposed of by the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, through judgment dated 14.O2.20 19, wherein the matter has resulted in acquittal of accused No.6 and as such, the present quash petition filed does not need any further consideration by this court.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, no further orders need be passed in the present criminal petition. Accordingly, the criminal petition is closed. However, the petitioner /A.6 is at liberty to file a petition seeking to reopen the matter, in the event the said CC has not been disposed of by the trial Court as noted above.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this <:riminal petition shall stand closed.
